Back-To-School Shopping

Well, this morning we drove out to Anna's high school so she could pick up her schedule and change it to the way she wants it. She's pretty happy with her schedule now. She's got four AP classes this year. UGH. I don't know how she does it. I know I never could. After that, we went to Target to buy school supplies. We bought tons of them and spent almost $200 (we also bought some other household items...not JUST school supplies). But I think we're all set. We still need clothes. We stopped by the Good Will Thrift Store and bought: two belts, three pairs of jeans, three shirts, three ties, a pair of shoes, and a little toy baby bottle for Mia's dolls, and it came to $36. Not too bad. We'll probably go hit some more thrift stores soon. It was kind of fun. I've never really gone thrift shopping before. You have to really search, but you can find some good stuff! Now I'm exhausted.

  1. Hey, I checked out your blog, i saw it on Jen's facebook! I've been blogging for over a year, it's really fun! Anyway I thought I'd stop by and say hello because I remember how exciting comments can be when you're first starting out. Keep at it! It really is a great way to empty your brain after a long day!
