Went to a pickle making class last night with my daughter, Anna. The class was taught by my mother-in-law, Gloria, and my sister-in-law, Julie. It was fun. And we got to taste, and learn how to make several different kinds of pickles! Here are a few photos of the evening. One picture is putting the pickles in the jar, preparing to make refrigerator dill/jalapeño pickles. They were so good! Then the other is a jar of bread & butter pickles and a jar of sweet relish that Julie made. They were so yummy also!
